Mailing Instructions

Please fill out a Quilting Order Form and submit one form for each quilt mailed.

Wrap your quilt, backing material, Order Form, deposit and batting in a plastic bag and seal.

Use UPS or USPS.

Insure your quilt and please indicate the amount of insurance desired when quilt is returned.

We require a 25 dollar deposit of each quilt.

The quilt will not be released until final payment is received.
